The Hyatt has free airport shuttle service, complimentary breakfast, water dispenser, gym with modern equipment, spa and pool. They held onto our luggage after checkout so we were able to walk up the road for a shop and meal. We were able to have an earlier check in for a small fee.

Everything was great including the breakfast. The only problem is the entrance to the hotel. We didn’t have a car therefore didn’t need the underground parking and the Uber driver said that he is not going to pay for the 30 minutes parking. So we had to carry our bags to the lobby and it wasn’t easy we are seniors and this was huge inconvenience.

Stayed overnight for an early morning departure with car rental return. Parking garage access a mere steps away made this all very convenient. Rooms had high ceilings and really made a difference to the overall experience - we had a very comfortable night.

We had an overnight layover at LAX and stayed here for a hot second. Wish we had a longer layover so we could have enjoyed it more. A beautiful hotel and an extremely comfy bed for a hotel.
