Very good hotel, close to major tourist areas but very quiet location since it’s close to the USC Medical Center. Free breakfast was good, wish it ended at 10, not 9am. Parking was within walking distance. We arrived almost at noon and they gave us our room right away, which was nice after a 6 hr flight. Our studio room was big and clean. Very comfortable and quiet, apparently there’s a train that goes behind the property. They give you earplugs but we never heard the train. We saw it on the last day while driving away.

Hyatt house UMC LA, is very good hotel residential property for first timers visiting LA and want to explore the area. For us it was a pleasant and welcoming experience with the property and staff all together. We would recommend anyone to come visit and stay with them to experience their hotel property.

There is a train track right by the hotel which made our stay very noisy. The hotel in itself was ok but the area seemed very dirty and in ruins. The staff was friendly. But again the train blowing its horn thru out the night was an inconvenience for our family. The hotel does offer ear plugs but even with that you can still hear the noisy train.
