It was a nice hotel near a shopping mall. Very few amenities such as a grocery store within walking distance. I found it very disappointing that we requested a wake up call ( to catch our flight on time ) and no one bothered to call. When I told the front desk about this they didn’t seem to care nor did they apologize. My second issue was that the hotel had a New Year’s Eve party on the rooftop deck ( for people who had repurchased tickets . My daughter and I went to watch the fireworks on the rooftop and one of the guests from the party told us we were obstructing their view and asked us to move. We couldn’t see the fireworks and felt like we were treated like we didn’t belong even though we paid over 400 a night to stay just like everyone else. Overall I would not stay here again.

Very convenient location to shops and restaurants. Although amongst the outlets, it was very quiet and my felt safe in the area during the holidays. We utilized the bar, in house bistro, and the beautiful roof top pool. All seemed nice. Our problems began the morning of checkout, my husband took a shower and used the towel that was folded neatly on the bottom shelf. While drying off he noticed dark specks! Yup! You guessed it..rat droppings. The front desk was called and a young lady showed up to remove the infested towel. She apologized with a chuckle and confirmed what we already knew. My husband took a pic and was told we would hear from someone regarding the situation, here we are 11 days later and not a word from the hotel. He had to shower again and luckily we were on our way out, otherwise the ick factor and lack of acknowledgement would have prompted an earlier checkout. I wonder what else was missed in cleaning the room!!!

The hotel and staff were great. The bed was very comfortable but sleeping was difficult because the heating/cooling system is very loud. We ended up turning it off and being chilly to try and sleep. Also, most bothersome to me was the shower only gets warm at best. After sleeping poorly the last thing you want is a lukewarm shower to try and wake up. I called the front desk and they did offer to send someone to look at it, but pointless as it was close to check out time. We stayed New Year’s Eve, so the room price was quite expensive. Felt like we over paid for poor sleep and uncomfortable shower. Those are two of the main things you expect for comfort at a nice hotel.
