Room smelled like vomit. Very loud next door and when called the lobby attendant, no one answered. Lobby attendant left her headphones on while checking in and she answered short and unfriendly.

So the place was pretty clean as far as we could tell. However there were no towel racks or anything in the restroom to hang anything that might be wet/damp. Bathroom had sliding door that overslides and pretty much leaves the bathroom open. Also there should be a mirror in the room, not just the bathroom.

The shower was really bad, the air conditioning was not working till this morning. It was a cold night and we couldn’t sleep well. The sound from the neighbours were loud. We choose to stay this area due to the fire evacuation yesterday. The price is not worth it. Not recommended.

As most have people mentioned its more of a motel, breakfast is minimal, toiletries is minimal. On my stay I have just 1 big issue and my prescriptions went missing. I didn’t want to imply it was stolen but I cannot find my prescriptions anymore, maybe the cleaners mistaken it as garbage as it was inside a white paper bag. But luckily I had enough on my pill box for the rest of my trip and just have to get emergency pills when i get home.

Unfortunately, my stay in this hostel left not the best impressions, I very rarely leave reviews, but here I want to speak out. 1) It is a hostel, not a hotel, and it is very uncomfortable, I will definitely not go back there. 2) Upon arrival I was told that I have to leave a deposit of 100$, which I was surprised, yes maybe it's my inattention when booking, although nowhere I have not seen this information, this is the first time I encounter this, I have vacationed in many good hotels, but nowhere I was not asked to leave a deposit, okay, but what can be taken out or broken in this hotel? There is absolutely everything old and murdered! 3) The room did not match the photos, except for the bed, the bathroom is not like in the photo, there is absolutely everything different it is very old, the linens and towels are so old that they lost their white color and they are worn out, it was very scary to wipe yourself with them and go to bed, the room was cold. 4) I had a reservation for 2 nights, on the second day returning to the hostel about 5-6 pm, I was told that there is no light and when it will not be known, I waited 1-2 hours, eventually the girl from the reception offered me to politely leave, which I did, found the nearest hotel, which was a 6 minute walk, very sorry that I did not check in earlier. 5) From the pros: polite staff, nice girls at the reception, not bad breakfasts and good location of the hostel.

Perfect!

Visiting family ( for family get together) who only have 3 bedrooms; needed one night stay nearby to crash Xilo is perfectly located, clean, and had everything you need. The price is right! Front desk staff are KIND and helpful, I’d stay here again and plan on it!

Pictures look nice but the actual product was not good at all for the price we paid. Our room was more of a “motel” rather than a hotel. Website did not indicate a parking fee so we ended up paying an additional $24 for our stay. Barn door setup did not provide adequate privacy when using the toilet or taking a shower. There were no hooks or bars to hang your towels making it very inconvenient. USB port was inoperable. We ended up checking out early and transferring to a more reputable hotel.

The reception and service staff are very, very friendly and helpful. However, in my room not all of the outlets were functional, the wall-mounted television was not level and it required mentioning to the staff who corrected it. The reading lamp was not operational and was not fixed. The room telephone was, for some reason, not operational nor was the help staff able to remedy that. Noise was a ongoing concern given that the room entry doors faced the L-shaped courtyard. Street noise was therefore aplified. Finally, various neating and cooling motor noises were heard coming through the vents.

Looks absolutely nothing like the photos posted online. Not a hotel this a motel Tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work, didn’t get extra towels when we asked. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Large Gap under the entry door. Can hear everyone around you. Breakfast was extremely limited. The area around was a nice area, lots of shopping and nice restaurants.
