Big hotel complex, had to “fend for myself” with getting luggage up, yes up some stairs. Not overly forthcoming about how to get to the right building in the compkex. High prices didn’t match the service given

Great location if you want to be close to the port. Be mindful it’s a port location. I had a recent injury and needed a wheelchair accessible room the staff was very accommodating to change my reservation upon arrival for a wheelchair room. That being said the doors are very heavy and my room didn’t have a wheelchair door. I needed someone to help hold the door open so I could wheel myself in. I don’t see how a power chair would be able to fit honestly. Maybe this was just the room I had. The shower did have a fold down platform to sit down on for those that are disabled.

Beautiful property. However it is very loud in the rooms, your head Everything!! Doors opening and shutting, the housekeepers, people talking, people walking. It was hard to sleep past 7:00 am

New Fav For Long Beach.
Really liked the hotel. Definitely will stay here again. Want to rent the See doo's, sit in the fire pit area and pool next time. Wanted to get to the 24 hr snack shop but couldn't get to it because the front reception door was locked when it showed going through there. Took one star off because of that.

For the most part it was a good stay. Outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and the shower was a bit small. The large smart TV was pretty nice touch. Nice asthetic as well.
