Staff is great. Parking is ok. Location is great lots of places nearby to eat. Checked in around midnight and had to do everything outside of the lobby in the cold though a window. Check in process was ok. Now for the room…the bed was not comfortable. Sheets had black lint on it, but when we looked closer the lint was moving!! They were bugs! We didn’t sleep under the covers or use the pillows. We slept near the foot of the bed using our towels from home as pillows. The AC took longer than it should have to work, and the tub wall was higher than normal making it difficult to get in and out. We roughed it out for the night, but didn’t feel comfortable staying another night. Ended up getting another room elsewhere.

Affordable & comfortable hotel. Bedding is always clean and I’ve never encountered a bug. However some of the rooms could use updating. Hopefully they will upgrade the flooring in all the rooms, because the ones with carpets have stains. The beds look nice and the mattresses are comfortable, but they are too low to the ground. The ventilation could be improved in separate shower rooms as it has an unpleasant smell.

It’s was a very good stay honestly not bad little things like the remote don’t work ( just download the Roku app) room service wasn’t up to par but other than that was actually really good
