This was my 5th stay at Hotel Burbank and, as always, my visit was without trouble, hassle or inconvenience. The value is good and the area is very walkable if one is so inclined. I suspect I will visit 2 or more times in 2025 as well.

Staff were mostly friendly. Some weren’t very helpful when we asked for suggestions on dining and things to do. The female said, “Ummm, I don’t really know.” Hotel faces the freeway and can be noisy. However, there are many dining and shops that are walkable.

This is a great Hotel just on the edge of downtown which makes the area very walkable. There are a large variety of restaurants and coffee shops as well as a mall with a food court. There's also a movie theater within walking distance. The hotel provides an airport shuttle, but be prepared for your driver to drive like you're late for everyth. The suite rooms are very nice, with a bedroom separate from the living area by a small hallway which houses the tiny kitchenette and bathroom. There is ample storage with two closets and a couple of dressers. The bedroom and the living area have a TV a piece and the living area has a three chair table as well as a sofa and a chair, so there is plenty of room, and it's very comfortable. They do have a restaurant downstairs, but I did not use during my visit. My only issue was with the airport shuttle. They were great for pickup from the airport, but when I checked in, I was told that I had to reserve the shuttle the day before I left, which i did. Unfortunately, when I checked in for the shuttle back to the airport, I was told to wait in the lobby. 10 minutes after we were supposed to leave, the driver was still wandering around the lobby and hadn't made his announcement that he was leaving. I had to go up to the front desk and ask them when we had planned to leave. Apparently, the front desk never told the driver that he had a passenger. Just a lot of miscommunication across the board. Other than that, my stay at this hotel was good.

Unfortunately, our heater did not work. It only blew out cold air. The bathroom light went on with the fan and the fan was extremely noisy. Hotel was clean enough and a good location.

Clean property with attentive and friendly staff. The proximity to downtown restaurants was perfect. The fact that there was an art fair on Sunday night was a bonus! The shuttle service to and from the Burbank airport was very convenient. Will definitely return when I’m in the area again.

My daughter was arriving very late. I had reception add her name to the reservation and had it confirmed back to me. This would allow her to get a key card from the desk when she arrived. When she arrived, her name was not in the system and it took 25 minutes to finally straighten it out. The rooms are loud, especially the toilet and bathroom fan. My room was not made up the next day when I returned after work. The staff was very nice, though.
