This was our second time staying here and overall it was great. Having to pay for parking is not the best but can’t really complain. Hotel is safe and quiet. Staff is always available. This time I noticed some nasty stains on the curtains. That would be my only complaint.

Great location close to good restaurants and night life, open late. When asked where the nearest fast food was, a staff member replied, I know there's some around, I just don't know where.... not very helpful. A knowledgeable staff is key, especially when your guests are from out of town.

This hotel was fine. Not fancy but the room was comfortable. The pool was not inviting but the gym was great. We had two nice nights there for a college visit at Northridge.

There customer service was not good, the guy at night who was up front to gives us our room. Was kinda rude, spoke like a robot, he was talked to us like he says the same thing all day and doesn’t like his job.
