It was nice, My first impression at check in was horrible, the 2 desk people were just not hospitable,wouldnt look me in the eye when speaking, then trying to charge me for things i shouldnt be charged for, still waitingon the late cancelation fee to be refunded.. Mathhew was more helpful but it was not pleaseant at check in.

Food and drinks were very well priced compared to most places I stay and also really good. Pablo at the bar was amazing! Small but beautiful pool lounge area which I was fortunate to have to myself for an hour or two. My favorite part was how close it was to the night life downtown. 5-10 min walk to anything from food to bars and shopping. Also short Uber ride to Universal studios.
