Great location is all this hotel offers.
This hotel is situated in a great location however it is old and small and smells of mold, mildew, must - you get it. Our heater didn’t work which was inconvenient on a cold night with the windows open due to the smell. Note that the smell was strong enough to seep into our bags and clothing. The hair dryer didn’t work and the bathroom was old and small.

Location is safe and convenient. My husband and I took nightly walks in the area. The rooms could be nicer and facility is need of repairs; for the price and location 90210 I guess I was expecting nicer rooms. We were in room 10 right behind the office and you could hear everything and some of the linen had stains and lamp shades were ripped. However, the staff was nice and helpful.

The property & my room were fine. The big issue was this "powered by Sonder" business. There's a fine front desk & great crew, but this SONDER management doesn't want guests bothering them for ANYTHING, as they're oh-so-fond of their APP.. Their app is useless and overbearing, sending out nonstop emails for NO useful reasons. In the future, I won't stay at a Sonder property unless there's no choice.

So it’s supposed to be a boutique hotel, so why do they let people roam around the halls at 1:00am talking loudly? These were not your typical partiers, I really never figured out if they were guests, hotel staff, or what. This went on for long enough that I tried to call the front desk, but turns out there is no number that works. Last time I will stay there

There was nothing about the experience that I can say was positive. I only stayed one night out of a four night reservation. Run down. Dirty. Noisy. Practically slept in a room next to the front desk in the lobby. Dirty bathroom. Worn down furniture. Photos online are completely misleading. No refund even if I checked out three days early. Horrible.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Due to a mistake with the room listing on Expedia we were given a free upgrade to the King Suite, which was a lovely touch. The check in and check out procedure was quick and easy, and we received our deposit back almost instantly, had no issues with the room access codes. The property has an "old Hollywood" kind of vibe which we loved, we didn't find the noise from Santa Monica Boulevard to be a problem at all, neither was the noise from neighbouring rooms - overall we found it to be surprisingly peaceful for such a central location. The rooftop terrace was cute, we saw a hummingbird up there on our last day, amazing! The location is perfect for exploring Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, great bars, restaurants and coffee shops are a 10 minute walk away, as well as upmarket boutiques, and the area feels safe. For the room rate you're really going to struggle to find a better price in a comparable location. We wouldn't hesitate to book a stay here again in the not too distant future, thank you to all for an unforgettable stay.

Stayed for 7 days at Beverly Terrace. The rooms were clean. Unfortunately there was one night where we experienced no hot water which was disappointing. The bathroom didn’t have a fan which bathroom exhaust fan which was unfortunate. Had a lot of extra moisture and humidity in the bathroom every time we use the shower. We did our own room service so we didn’t have to pay any additional fees. Overall the stay was good. Walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and local places in the area.
