We had a room with 2 beds , in a low floor next to the freeway. Asked to change but couldn’t until the next day. Changed to other room , pillows were horrible and barely a blanket in the bed. Breakfast was nice

The property was outdated and looks to be an old Holiday Inn or something. The sheets and counters were dirty. The bathroom door was broken. You could see build up on the shower head. The property has a nice uber policy to/from the hotel. Overall the property is outdated and dirty, but is close to UCLA and has a great Uber policy.

I like this hotel because of its proximity to UCLA and the Getty. They offer free Uber rides to multiple locations including the aforementioned, which is a huge perk. Calling the hotel to get a ride back was a hassle, I was put on hold for 6-7 minutes, but anyway, I appreciated this service. The free breakfast was mediocre like in most U.S. hotels, and the main server and greeter (the breakfast maître d'?) seemed to be in a hurry to get me and my sister out of there. We couldn't enjoy our tea and the views post-breakfast despite the restaurant being about three fourths empty and breakfast time continuing for another hour. I also noticed that others weren't quite treated this way, but hey, I could be mistaken. Poor walkability, but I managed to take a short after-dinner walk anyway. Overall, a solid choice based on location and amenities.

We went to this hotel during long weekend (memorial day) There are a few things that made the experience annoying 1) the room was facing highway and it was noisy. I could hear the traffic sound on 15th floor 2) cleaning service is not automatic. It was not mentioned to us during check in. Apparently we had to inform the front desk manually for cleaning. 3) there was only one staff working on Memorial Day during breakfast time, so there were no clean tables when we entered. 4) Called front desk and housing keeping multiple times and no one answered 5) no “check out” key dropbox. Only one staff working at front desk and that person is always so busy. 6) Valet parking is also short of staff. Many cars got stuck on the road waiting to get in. Tip: go to breakfast early, otherwise you have to wait in line or out of food options.
