This a bit of a hidden gem. I visit the area but stay the night before close to the airport. This is the perfect spot. Easy access to the airport and tucked away from the madness. Redone and very clean and comfortable. Has a bar restaurant as well

The property itself is nice and clean, I had very little interaction with staff, but the few interactions that I did have were pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. The price was right and the accommodations were nice and upscale.

Very clean room. Very comfy room and quiet. 5 stars but my A/C wasn’t working good at all. All fairness I could have called to report but to tired to do that. And the lady at front desk wasn’t inviting or to friendly. Otherwise this my new place to stay when I’m out there.. I give it up to the cleaning people though!!

It a nice place, bed is comfortable quiet clean and very up to date in the rooms. The only thing I didn’t like is the wall air conditioner it’s a newer one and couldn’t feel the air.

We booked a suite 3 adults & 2 teenagers we drove 7 hours arrives at 3am and they put us in a 2 bed queen room the front desk clerk is telling me we booked a regular room and he wasn’t going to move us keep in mind I have a travel agent, we had no where to go. My travel agent calls the next morning and sends over the confirmation and boom a suite was booked. Now it’s taking forever for a manager to call me back about the situation. I will keep calling.

Two clerks at the front desk when I walked in. No greeting. Just kept talking amongst themselves while I stood there for approximately 5 mins. Then one girl who appeared to be the manager bc she didn’t have on a uniform shirt like the other girl got up and walked away. No acknowledgment whatsoever. Just rude. Bad attitudes. Additionally they have hardwood floors and the person above me walked so hard all night. Heavy foot! Floors weren’t a good idea.

As a frequent traveler, visiting any city for the first can present certain challenges, chief among them is lodging. Based on my experience, staying at a Holiday Inn Express is always a safe bet. This trip was no different. The Holiday Inn near Ontario Convention Center was ideally located and provided an array of restaurants. My stay was fabulous. The staff were professional and friendly.
