Very dirty, stained, and dilapidated hotel room and property. I also ordered dinner/salmon with veggies, and it was way overcooked. Cafeteria food may actually be better. Front desk was nice however.

I requested a change in my itinerary by one day and nobody in the staff was able to even respond to me. They said Expedia was supposed to deal with it and Expedia said that Holiday Inn was supposed to deal with it. Pretty much nobody wanted to deal with it. The Texts and emails continue to come in wondering how my stay is going.

When we checked in they said the reservation was cancelled. When we checked on what happen after returning the hotel claimed we did not show up. I feel since we did not check in until 10p they had given our already paid for room to someone else.

Although the air conditioner was noisy and the card key didn't work, they quickly dealt with the problem and were very kind. The outside noise was loud, but I wore earplugs so it didn't bother me.
