Property ok. Problem with pickup service at airport. Called when I was ready to go. Waited 50 minutes in the cold at the airport, beginning at 10:30 PM, for the shuttle to come. Driver said he was there 20 minutes after I called. Not true! I carefully checked every van but no HI Express van!!!

Well run, extremely clean hotel

A very well run hotel! Every staff member seemed friendly, efficient and focused on the job, this resulted in a very pleasant overnight stay. Breakfast was surprisingly good, well stocked with good variety.
