Didn’t get enough sleep because of the loud noise from next door guests and the heater in our unit. We immediately advised the front desk about it but the noise from next door still continued until past 3 am. Despite this the hotel advised that they cannot offer us anything for our inconvenience since we booked thru Expedia. The breakfast staff was rude, looked and sounded like she’s pissed with the guests and her job. Other staff like the housekeeper and the maintenance guy were helpful and friendly. There were not enough hot food selections at breakfast on our 2nd day.
