Overall the stay was good but was disappointed when my 2 attempts to make arrangements for a small decoration for my sons birthday were disregarded. First attempt by email almost a week of ahead of time and the followup email they said thatd be sent was not, then 2nd attempt was at check in, the reception actually apologized and then offered a slice of cake and he even wrote down the day and time that would work for it to be delivered to our room. It never showed. But other than that that stay was nice.

Never received text message informing us room was ready as told. Sat in lobby for an hour plus waiting. Had to go check with front desk to see what happened. They apologized and said it was ready a few hours ago. Room was dusty and trash was not taken from our room during cleaning. Water pressure in shower is terrible. No shampoo or conditioner in containers. First time visit here. Not the greatest stay but not the worst either. Overall was ok. Have stayed at other Hiltons that are better with free continental breakfast. This one did not not offer it. Close proximity to park though.
