We were here for a conference at NBC. It’s extremely close to the conference location and the park. The room was clean, we slept well although I did have to take a cold shower on Saturday evening. Not sure what happened with the water. Maybe everyone was taking a shower at the same time. We also had to keep the ac on at all times. If it was on auto, it would shut off and the room would get hot. Also, with the water situation in LA, the shower and tub would drip continuously. Lastly, the breakfast buffet and food/beverage is expensive. That’s everywhere in the area though. All in all, it’s a good hotel in a nice safe area.

Housekeepers are amazing. There needs to be a more direct pathway to universal studios. The shuttle is nice but often runs late, so having a more direct path would be helpful. $50/night SELF parking fee is outrageous when the hotel is already so expensive.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—being so close to Universal and CityWalk made it super easy to get there right when we wanted without any hassle. Overall great! 2 minor complaints - vending machines for food options on the property were limited to bubble tea. Also, we went for coffee at 1035am at the “Starbucks” in the lobby and it had just closed. Not sure why a coffee shop in a hotel venue would need to close at 10:30….crazy.
