We had reserved a room with a king bed but when we checked in we were told only a double double was available. We asked if she could check for anything available a little later(she said it was the only thing available right now) and after some searching she found a king that we were able to check into right away. We were polite and willing to wait but also Hilton Honors members. I’m not sure if either one had an affect but we did get a king bed. She was very professional for our check in.

Perfect for vacation
Stayed the night with my cousin and boyfriend to attend Halloween horror nights. The walk was the perfect distance from hotel to entrance of universal. In and out all day parking included in your check out day also so you can visit city walk without having to pay ! Amazing staff helped with my bags and made check in easy! Would stay again!

Staff was outstanding in being helpful. Hotel was very clean. Parking was expensive, but this is LA. We used the valet service and they were extremely responsive and always had our car ready when we came down. Great place to stay and we will stay there again.
