The bed was unmade, there was tissue under the bed, empty water bottle behind the furniture, and between the doors of two rooms, the light and TV was not ready to use, no remote control for TV.

Advised hotel staff that while taking a shower the water in the tub didn’t drain. Front desk staff stated nothing they can do right now and only offered 2 bottles of water. The tub already had dirty film from whoever previously took a shower, very unsanitary! I went back the following day stating the tub isn’t draining after taking a shower and is about to overflow (provided pictures) they then decided to switch rooms. I also provided pictures of the shower head and it was also filthy in the new room and how I completely broke me out I had bumps on my neck and chest smh. I requested the entire stay be compensated, the manager agreed. Fast forward to check out and me contacting Expedia they only put down for a comp for one day but had problems BOTH days with several different issues within the room smh

This is a traveler’s Hilton. It is much more basic than a usual Hilton. My 81 year old mother was flying home the next day so we stayed the night to cut out a two hour drive to the airport. We took the shuttle to LAX the next morning so I could get her checked-in and in a wheelchair. Then I took the shuttle back. It was an excellent way to get her to the airport as she is a nervous flyer with limited mobility.

We arrived at 1:30 am after a very long day and international flight. We approached the hotel doors looking for the automatic opening one but nothing opened. The Hilton staff guy was leaning on the wall inside simply watching instead of helping in any way. When my husband knocked on the glass, a man mopping opened a door for us. Exhausted we went to check in at the desk but the girl was on the computer and asked us to wait until she finished something. No other customers but we stood waiting, ready to drop. Staff did not see any importance in pleasing customers tonight.
