I didn’t mind the Hotel. The staff was friendly. Food options were available. Transportation was always available. The only issue that I have is that my room was on the 11th floor. And it was near some kind of wash room for the towels so it smelled in the hallway. Everything else was nice. I would stay there again, but not on the 11th floor.

The property is very old and needs to be renovated. The showers was hard to figure out and didn’t have a clean shower head. The valet was well over priced as well.

My stay at the Hilton by LAX was fine. Nice meeting spaces in lobby, facilities are nice, and room was adequate. Bed mattress was kind of hard so needs an update.

We loved the high quality of our stay. The room was so nice, very clean, quiet, accessible and comfortable. Everyone who is employed there was kind and super helpful and attentive to every need, above & beyond. The only minus for us was the price of parking. You’re already paying a lot for the room, the parking should not gouge you as well.

I was disgusted to fine NO water in my room and to add insult to injury NO Fridge either.Water costs them 5 centa a bottle but they deem that an unnecessary expense, wel then screw you LAX Hilton, there are loads of choices that DO care about their customers. After a long stressful day, the very least they could sonqould be to provide water. I'll never stay here again and I'm even a Hilton Honours memebee
