Check in was unbearably slow. 45 minutes I was stood there while the front office staff meandered through check in, one lady took that long to check in 1 set of guests. No idea why but it was the last thing you want after a long day of travel. One other guy was walking around like a headless chicken at one stage. Sort it out! Was a bad start to my stay

The room was very neat and clean. The biggest issue we had during our stay was parking. The spaces reserved for hotel guests are incredibly minimal. You are lucky if you find a spot. The other options are valet or park across the street with a hotel-issued pass (that they don’t tell you about at check in).

The staff and stay it’s was great. The room had a broken lamp shade and the ice machine was also broken on our floor. The parking was absolutely terrible. There’s more velvet than open guest parking and we were not informed until calling about the parking situation that we could park in reserved parking during the weekends only, even then there was little to no spaces left. We also not informed that upon booking that parking was not included being $35 a night.
