We rented a larger king suite with balcony on the top floor - the view was lovely. The room was in good condition and very clean, the patio furniture could use a freshening up. The area is generally safe - there are a few homeless on the streets, but no different than any other city these days. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful, always with a smile. I love the Santa Monica area, always have, and it's nice to see that it's improved over the years. This hotel is near many good restaurants and only a short walk from the pier. This hotel is also reasonably priced and safe with parking (for an extra fee). We enjoyed our stay, you will too!

It was very subpar. The breakfast was underwhelming and the rooms had old damaged furniture and the bed linen needs to be discarded. The comforters need to be donated to all of the transitional housing around the property. Wouldn’t be a choice for me ever again.

Front desk lady was so fun and made us all laugh and smile she was kind and even gave us great suggestions on local places to eat and shop. Walking distance to the beach with the most beautiful views definitely coming back here !

Had a wonderful stay. Rooms super clean and modern. Five minute walk to Pier/Beach. Close to Metro that basically takes you anywhere in Los Angeles. Staff was nice and complimentary breakfast was very good. Homeless people are around but they didn't bother us. Its to be expected in Santa Monica.

Close to things and a lot are within walking distance. Rooms are small compared to Redidence Inns for the same price. Parking is quite expensive - $55 plus tax so around $62! Can’t get over that check in is 4 pm and check out us 12 pm so not even a 24 hour stay.

Beautiful View
I was very happy with the room I was given this time around. It was on the highest floor with a beautiful view of the city/ocean. Will definitely return and hope to be accommodated with the same room soon.
