Complimentary breakfast is a plus. Very clean. Plenty of street parking, but if you have a vehicle you will need to valet park it for a cost, there is no parking garage . It’s a 30 minute walk from Hollywood blvd , which I don’t mind because I like to walk. Safe area. Everything is a plus for me except that it is very noisy throughout the day. You can hear housekeeping talking in the halls. You can hear you neighbors talking in the room next to you and the worst part is you can hear beds knocking and rocking all day. Hearing people get intimate at all hours of the day is too much.

Good place to stay when visiting LA. Walking distance to the walk of fame. Short drive everywhere else. 50 dollar valet but if you know how to read the streets signs a lot of street parking. Breakfast always has breakfast staples.
