Our bed was quite comfortable, but very noisy and creaky when either of us turned over. (Room 424!) Thanksgiving morning there was hardly any hot water. A tepid shower was not a good way to start the day. Be aware that parking is valet only at $45 a night! Having said that, it's an attractive facility and the breakfast was very good.

Good Hotel. Very clean and excellent service and excellent staff. Extremely helpful and warm personality. The room was clean. The bed was super comfortable. The room was designed perfectly. By far my best hotel experience of them all. Walkable to the Hollywood Stars and to the subway.

Great hotel. Amazing staff. Very helpful. Valet is $50 a day which is ok considering you wouldn’t find cheaper parking in downtown LA. Not the hotel’s fault at all but downtown LA is gross. Hollywood Blvd reeks like urine and weed.
