Decent. Not as good as other locations.

We enjoyed our stay here, but compared to other Hampton Inn locations that we’ve stayed at, we felt that this one wasn’t quite up to par. The rooms weren’t especially clean. AC unit was loud and a little smelly. No handsoap in the bathroom. The bathroom door was in an awkward location next to one of the beds. The breakfast wasn’t quite up to par compared to other locations either. There were lots of restaurants in the area for those interested. I think I saw a McDonalds, IHOP, Outback, and at least a few others.

Sewer smell

Room was clean and wvwryrbing was nice. The bad thing was the bathroom sink smelled slime sewer so much. It made the whole room smell really bad. We checked out early the next day and booked a room somewhere else.

Disappointing Stay

Initial check in was good. Not the room I reserved, sent to a handicap room, smaller than reserved. Leaky shower, very noisy heater. Next room, quite amazing, oops reservations messed up, they didn't let me know till late that I should've checked out. Hotel said they would charge me a lot more for the room for one more night, even though I have stayed there before. Had to make second reservation through 3rd party. Okay so check out time :( not good. I was told Paola could not give me a receipt. Had to jump through hoops to finally get the receipt.

The bed was terrible. Room was nice, great bathroom. Had all the things you need, closet accommodations, great AC. Great places to eat that were within walking distance. Really close to the highway, so it was easy to get back on the road. But the bed was the so hard, the carpet might have been softer. I feel like the bed is the most important part of travel, I had to drive long hours on only a few hours of sleep with and an achy back.

Just okay- but check your bill

Customer service was good at check in. Outdoor Hot tub was overly chlorinated. Did not refund $50 incidental fee. Multiple calls between Hotel and customer service. They charged us for a pet fee- which we did not have a pet with us.

We stayed on the 4th floor and once we got off the elevator the carpets were dirty and really worn. The room was okay and the walls of the bathroom were dirty. We were traveling and needed a place to stay for the night so it worked out, but I would not stay at this hotel again during our next travel.

Room not comfortable

The property was clean but the room was very dark even with all light on. In addition the a/c blew right on the bed with no adjustment ability. We were either hot or cold all night. Not a good night sleep.
