Cozy and convenient
A nice little boutique. The hotel was comfy but a little cramped at times. Good for a single, but trying to host two I feel would be a challenge. The location was great. The convention center, entertainment, restaurants, shopping, the beach, anda grocery store were all very close walking distances. Mass transit was pretty easy to use if you needed to get away from the waterfront. And the hotel wasn't a terrible Uber trip from Orange County (30-40 minutes).

Good option for the area
Long Beach hotels are expensive. This place was a great value for the area. It’s definitely more on the budget side so you’re not getting anything fancy but it’s very clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is no AC at the moment, but it’s California so I’m not sure why I saw bad reviews about that. They also inform you of it. Overall I am happy with it as a choice. Try to get an upper level. The lower ones had foot traffic outside the window.

I had a really nice experience at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, which made me feel comfortable right away.
