Necklace sadness…
My friend lost her necklace so she cried, we called the hitel and they didnt find it… Not thier fault though… room was clean, we had enough towels, air conditioner worked, the fooor snagged my socks in certain spots but didnt make holes in them.

Outlet for the hair dryer did not work, thermostat was broken, bathroom sink was leaking, ants in the bathroom, found one in my bed, room two doors down had the door wide open over night and staff never picked up the phone when calling. Bed was great and location. Good just for an over night. Location great. Bed comfortable.

Below expectations, everything needs improvement
We booked the room for a few days, the reviews seemed ok, the pictures were of high expectations but unfortunately our experience was far from it. When we arrived the area did seem a bit sketchy but made sure to park close to the room. When he got in the room had an odd smell, very uncomfortable. We opened the windows and air conditioner to air it out, we also turned on all the lights and despite it the room was still very dim. Check the sink, wasn’t cleaned throughly and the shower/toilet room was very dark, ceiling was moldy and falling apart and I guess that was where the smell was coming from. We left for dinner and thought maybe when we came back it would have aired it out. Unfortunately we came back to the same uncomfortable smell and noticed that we even started coughing because of the enviroment. We didn’t even bother asking for another room and told them we would be checking out. The front desk originally offered us a refund but it wasn’t processed. Since it was non-refundable the company didn’t allow it but did nothing to remedy the situation. They said they were renovating but I read a lot of other reviews recalling our same experience.

It’s okay to stay
Nice place for an overnight or weekend. Place could be cleaner as there were a few spots on walls and floor. Breakfast was not the best but at least they have that option.

This place is the worst. The rooms were not clean, the bathroom door would not shut, the paint was peeling off the wall, it smelled like urine, the curtains were ripped and hanging off. We have stayed here in the past and it was decent. The state it was in this time was unacceptable. We ended up getting a refund and moving to another hotel.

I liked how convenient this spot was around everything, but what really knocked off points about this place is they have no wheel chair to accommodate disability guests / situations . As a hotel, it’s mandatory to have this and to get to the reception office, there is two stairs, again no pathway for a wheel chair to accommodate . It was a nice stay, just be aware that this hotel doesn’t cater to your disability’s . If you don’t have any, it gives off motel 6 vibes but WAY cleaner . Only stayed one night .

There was a person on both days of our stay trying to break into our room. We let the front desk know the situation and was told to just lock the window. Was told somebody would check the grounds every hour for this person but never happened. I was incredibly uncomfortable worrying constantly if this creep would break in. I’m not coming back here.

The walls are thin, no proper insulation on windows and doors. You can hear everything happening outside the rooms. There was road work and jackhammering all night long. Couldn’t drown out the sound with the air conditioning because that was broken and made a clanking and high pitched whirring sound. Blankets were thin, pillows were thin, ceiling was cracked, shower was dirty. It just wasn’t a nice place to be.
