For one night, this hotel was fine, but please note that the property is very old, not updated and not particularly well maintained. The hot tub in my room looked dirty, especially the bath mat. When I walked into my first floor, ground level room, the window was wide open and anyone could have hopped into it. The desk attendant in the evening was rude. The desk attendant in the morning was nicer, she at least let me store my bags after I checked out because I was going to a funeral. You get what you pay for.

They have no free parking and they ask for a deposit of $150 per stay and it takes up to seven days for them to deposit the money back.

I would like to get the attention of the administration because of the inconsistent of the staff explanation regarding the payment method. Last month, I booked for one day and asked the customer service if I could pay the $150 via Apple Pay and it was granted . The customer service staff did change it from my apple wallet upon checked in and told me that the money will be back in my card after 3-5 business days. After a couple of weeks I went back to check in and asked the customer service staff again to pay from my Apple Pay wallet, however; the lady said ‘we don’t allow it here”. I explained and gave the date of my previous booking and she checked to the system and told me “I don’t know why they granted apply pay for you”. Anyways, just wanted clarification to the management. The reason why I insisted an apply pay method because few months ago my card was hacked and got all my information. I wanted to avoid paying the method using to slide my card in the machine because there are a lot of going on. I really appreciate if the admin would allow the customer to pay digitally to avoid hassle. Thank you!

The hotel feels more like a motel but it was clean. Attention to detail is missing and the front staff efficient but zero interest in customer service. Having to pay for parking, loud and unsanitary ice maker, a loud ac unit, right on loud main street and a lack of towels and cups in the room upon check-in (and not updated during stay) make this place less than best for the price point. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping around. Also convenient for getting to the college we were visiting.

We stayed in the room with a jetted tub. Awesome. I used that every night to soak after walking all day. Highly recommend it. Overall the property was quiet and felt safe. The parking does cost per night but was convenient and gated. The staff were nice. They do take breaks but you can still leave your room keys in a box to check out, so no big deal there. No breakfast or any food but they do offer a coffee and carbonated water bar in the lobby for guests. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when we visit the area.

I checked in and upon entering the room I went into the bathroom and the bathroom was dirty. The tub was backed up with water coming from the toilet! I immediately calle the front desk and got no answer. I went down and the front desk agent said she had NO other rooms and that the tub wouldn’t be fixed until the next morning. I left this place and asked for a refund. I am still waiting for a response. I couldn’t stay at a place with no functioning toilet or tub!!!! Just a horrible experience. The front desk agent doesn’t have customer service skills, she just said I don’t have any other rooms we are sold out. How am I expected to stay and pay for a room that doesn’t even have a working toilet or shower/tub. I just want a refund.
