Nice for the price.
It’s an older building with small upgrades. It was clean and odor free. The staff was friendly and pleasant to speak with. The balcony glass door only has a chain lock so you are not able to fully lock it, which was a safety concern for me.

The location of the property is excellent, close to Galleria, Americana and many restaurants. However, they didn’t clean up our room for the whole stay which was 3 nights. They only offer coffee in the morning, and I think poptarts too and I’ve never seen any on the table. We had no hot water in the shower for the first 2 nights and barely on the 3rd night. Even though we complained but they never fixed it. I don’t think we will stay there again.

The staff was very accommodating to out needs. It's not that look a walk to the Galleria which was nice and close to the highway which made getting places easy. Also, there was cheap gas nearby.

An old gem
We stayed for 4 days. The hotel is in a good location to get to Pasadena. The hotel is old, but they have updated some. We had two rooms and on the second day we asked to get adjoining rooms and they did move us. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub after out busy days. Really wish they offered 2 queen beds.

Don’t plan on getting any sleep
One of the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel. A dog barked in the room across from us from 10PM - 3AM. Called front desk twice and they did nothing. The other treat is slamming doors at all hours of the night. I asked for the manager to contact me when I checked out a night earlier than I was supposed to. Never called. This place is very run down with wall paper peeling off the walls. Stay somewhere else.
