The only good thing about this hotel is maybe its location being in downtown... however the moment you step outside the hotel you are "welcomed" by: homeless people, sleeping on the sidewalk, 5 to 10 bikers waiting for food deliveries, strong marijuana smell, a few "call girls", garbage, etc. The strong pot smell is felt even in the elevator so of you have asthma you might want to avoid this hotel.
During night, every now and then, your sleep will be disturbed by the loud music coming from the club across the hotel and police or ambulance sirens. The windows are not soundproofed so yeah... your sleep will be quite put to the test. The room (902 for us) was clean, but several lights in it didn't work at all. The view on this room is not pleasant/relaxing at all. You will see the buildings across the street (front of hotel) and that s about all. The fridge in the room is minimalistic type. There is a Whole Foods store 5 min walking that can be your breakfast option.
Conclusion... unless you really have some very close by appointments, you might want to explore other options.
