Hotel looked aged. Hallways not clean. Limited food and drink service. Walked 1 mile to get lunch. Outdoor swimming pool area not very pleasant. Hotel needs to be renovated in appearance and services. Sheraton operating is not adequate to usual standard.

This hotel needs a major clean and renovation, the first room I got was disgusting I don’t mind old but this was dirty and gross and the ac unit was broken , they upgraded me to a nicer room but said normally they wouldn’t because I just booked a standard king room, the upgraded room much better but still not worth the cost of the first one, the blinds were all stained and fell down when I tried to close them, the ceiling was chipping and the carpets were all stained, not worth the price luckily I was just here for one night before a flight, if you’ve stayed at other four points and expect the same please don’t book this hotel

The place has a bad smell on the room floors. It’s like a run down motel 6. It’s close to airport so they charge way more. Parking is an additional $55. I bought a small bottle of water from hotel and it was $5. The Buffett breakfast was well presented and had the basics for $33 per person. The tv on demand didn’t work. They said it stopped working that day. I can’t say enough the rooms are like motel 6. Most motel 6 are actually better

I really recommend "Concierge service" at this hotel, especially Teresa for her wonderful help and advice. Thank you "DJ" for pre-booking of our trip, before we came to the hotel. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are nice and helpful.

This hotel is a great option for staying close to LAX, it was only a 3 minute drive to the Economy parking lot of LAX. There is a great restaurant inside so you don’t have to venture out of the hotel. The parking is safe and convenient. The room was very clean and updated. I liked how the room and hallway had carpet so the sound was absorbed from the hallways.
