Overall it was good. The Air condition was not working and we couldn’t open the balcony either! They provided a fan which it helped a little. Other than that everything else was good.

Customer service was friendly. Breakfast was good. We had an issue with the remote. They were quick to resolve the issue. The only issue is offsite parking and $50 a night. We found some street parking but it was a little bit of a walk.

The staff was great. We arrived early and exhausted following a long flight, and they gave us an early check in. They have a nice breakfast area, and the airport shuttle was good. My room, which was on the second floor, was a bit inconvenient because there were some stairs involved and I had suitcases to manage. Also, the room smelled badly of mildew. I had stayed at this hotel a few weeks before, and that room was fine.

The people in the room above sounded like they were room renovating up to about 11pm. Room was clean - but we booked a balcony room - it was not available when we checked in just after 4pm - we had to wait for it - with no time specified so we went for lesser room with no comment when asked about the downgrade and cost difference —
