The room was nice, with a comfortable bed. The shower was large with an excellent hot shower head. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, cereal, juice & coffee. Our shuttle was quick getting to terminal 1. We would stay again.

The outdoor area with poor and gas fire to sit around is amazingly quiet for being so close to LAX. It was a lovely respite on a busy travel day.

Nice and convenience
We have to stay in LA for one day due to terrible airline connection and awful policy in LA airport. So, we found this place is close to airport. The 24X7 shuttle service is convenient so that we can catch up flight at 6 am.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and modern. It was great to have a beverage area and we appreciated the shuttle service especially at 3:30am to LAX. Just note that they charge $45 a day for parking, so drop off your rental prior to checking in.

We had a room with 2 queen beds and it was so tight that 1 side of each bed was against the wall so that the only space to get in or out of the bed was the small space between the two beds. The shower leaked from the knob so bad that the water pressure from the head was poor.

They charge 45 dlrs for parking i just used the first night because i didn't know. the second night we left the car at my sister's place but they charged parking anyway as a extra charged you can find beter place for better prices for sure. I won't be use that hotel anymore they are thieves.

There was a really awful smell on the bed. Like burnt plastic or something. Gave me a massive headache all night. And the bed cover is thin and short and has no warmth. Water pressure is a drizzle on the 7th floor. And the breakfast is okay. The shuttle to the airport is quite convenient tho.

Overall it was great. Breakfast was fine and the staff was great. They had really great Christmas activities for the kids and free popcorn and hot chocolate. Access the street are a bunch of options for food and snacks. Courtyard is beautiful. I would book again if it's a great price and we are flying to/from LAX
