Would not stay again.
The bathroom was mostly clean, but the bathtub had the person‘s hair in it from the previous customer. The coffee area was clean and minimally stocked. The beds were very firm, not uncomfortable, but could’ve been softer. The breakfast was mostly cold. The building in general is cold even though it’s winter.
The room in general was clean the main problem was that it was very cold so much so we had to complain several times and they brought us a space heater rather than turning on the heat. The first one they brought us was old and had a burning smell. It then broke. The maintenance man was unfriendly when he came to help. He took out a very impacted filter and said that was the reason why the heating wasn’t getting to us. He said that the heat would be turned on from 9 PM till 11 PM. It was never turned on that evening. The maintenance man took away the heater that broke, but seemed to be blaming us for it. Then brought us another one and threatened us that the manager could walk us over to the other hotel and the other embassy suite over by the airport. As two women we felt very threatened by this. So much so that we decided not to take part in the in the rest of the amenities in the hotel that evening. There was a complaint made directly to the hotel.
Hilton parking is $44 a night, which is ridiculous or you can risk parking your car on the street.
Overall not a very good stay.
