The property has a beautiful lobby, a restaurant with friendly staff, long hours and decent food, very steep parking rate (almost $50/day). My below average rating for service is due to my experience after I checked out. I forgot an item of high sentimental value at the room and called the hotel right away. After many daily calls, being put on long holds, leaving unanswered messages, and promises from front desk staff that went on for a whole WEEK, I was told my item was not found.

This is a very nice hotel except that it is valet parking only, and the parking rate is way over-priced at $49 for one night. Kinda ruined our whole impression of the place
