Roach and Ant motel

Hotel needs renovated, and lots of issues addressed. My room had an infestation of ants in the bathroom. I delt with it the first 2 nights but when i found them in my bed i had enough. Asked to be moved to a new room and all they wanted to do was spray bug posion. I told them no and that i would deal with it. 5 minutes later there was someone in my room spraying poison. Later that night i had more ants than before. Never again. Decent bar but will not stay there again.

For the price, the room was nice and spacious. Having the large window made the view very special. The room was clean, but I did have to re clean the shower upon arrival just to get it to my standards. I didn't like the trash can situation in the room, there was only one, it was extremely small, and no bag. Very unsanitary. I didn't like having a connecting room to my neighbors, where we shared a room to room entry door. This type of room should only be offered to guest that request it, such as parents needing their own space and wanting their teenage children separate but close by. I didn't like having to pay for parking, $30.00 is too much money when you have your own parking lot, And the young lady upon check in was rude, condescending and seemed to be a bit of an air head, but the young lady upon check out (different person and the manager) was excellent. She was very kind and helpful. The restaurant inside of the hotel was absolutely delicious and the portions of food were large for the price. I really enjoyed my meal. Overall, a 4 star out of 5, or a 9 star out of 10 from me. I would stay again.

The operation of shuttle bus is not flexible. In order to use the service, gest should call the shuttle service provider and explain what's his requirement. Also the time to pick him up is once per each hour. I wanted the bus at 5:20am, but I have to choose 5:00am pick up time. Before booking the hotel, Expedia didn't give me this information in advance.
