Clean, comfortable and quiet!

Our stay at the Doubletree was clean, comfortable and quiet. Every single staff member that we encounted were professional, friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable and we liked how pillows there were on the bed. The mattress was perfect, not too soft and not too firm. The sheets were soft and smooth. We would definitely stay here again.

Second time stay at this location and it was just as excellent as the first. Main appeal for me, again, its proximity to Union Station. Was very pleased that the staff held my luggage in a secure place due my early arrival (5:30am) before checking-in, allowing me to explore L.A. in the meantime. The room and garden was lovely. Will definitely be back again the next time I’m in L.A.

Bath tub paint peeling in bottom of tub, report it, nothing was done , nothing was done when we complain about the cool temperature in the rooms, grunt desk promised to send someone no one came. Service is not what we expect from a Hilton Hotel.

Good stay, just a couple details.

In general, it was a good stay and everything went well. Our bathroom needed a detail clean in spots like behind the toilet and the baseboard under the sink counter. The bathtub coating was worn off around the drain. The ice machine on our floor wasn't working. I asked the cleaning staff which floor had a working machine and they weren't sure.
