A bed to crash a couple hours

Was very disappointed to arrive and be asked to wait 30 minutes because the employee was on lunch break. Our room was the very last in the hotel.... but we did arrive middle of the night. Just slept and left. Breakfast is a poptart. But we expected that.

You definitely get your "bang for your buck" at the Glendale Express Hotel. It's affordable, clean and comfy. I especially liked that they had free parking, a pool & hot tub, retro decor, and coffee and pop tarts in the morning. Would stay here again!

They obviously spent too much money on artwork and not enough money on the actual hotel rooms. The hallway smelled like piss right by our room. The building is old and very few things have been updated. Don’t let the picture of the lobby fool you, that’s the only thing that looks nice.

Very basic nothing really fancy although I was surprised in the front lobby area that there was an old album player with rare and vintage LPS that were still in the jackets that really blew my mind I hope nobody was sticky fingers reads this review my stay was pleasant and comfortable and again nothing fancy or out of the ordinary a pretty decent value for the money

Clean comfortable just very outdated.

Service was excellent check in was easy room was prepared! Beds were clean and comfortable. Hotel was very clean. Pool and hot tub were nice. My only negative is although is a 60/70’s theme hotel the hotel is run down and has cracks and very old Walmart and holes in wall just really needs to be updated but again clean and comfortable beds.

Some old rooms need upgrading.

I was in an older room and they didn't make the bed or switch towels at all. I know i could have asked but didn't. I had a bad view. Next time I would ask for a different view and newer room.

The hotel is outdated and dirty looking. The walls have stains and old layers of paint. The bathroom is completely outdated and the floors need to be redone. The furniture was broken and ugly. Overall, they need to update the rooms and furniture
