Beautiful hotel close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Only negative experience was the loud protest early Saturday morning by employees. The protest started on the streets and continued into the lobby for an hour. I sure hope you pay your hard working staff a liveable wage!

Found out at checkout that self parking and resort fees were over $75 per day. We will definitely not be coming back. Resort fees are a joke. You get a $10 credit but can’t use it on your departure date. Interesting that as we left today, workers went on strike, banging drums and loudspeakers starting at 8:00am.

The interior of the hotel is so clean and comfortable, and the lobby smells amazing. Great “beachy resort” vibe all throughout. Stayed for an extended weekend and enjoyed everything from the spacious room with available ocean views to the convenient valet service via online website. All the place needs in a fresh coat of paint on the exterior and pool areas. Oh and one of the front desk attendants seemed just a tad unhappy/bothered/short during check-in, and the valet attendants seemed a bit sluggish/inattentive/understaffed. Self-park could be cheaper at just a few dollars less than valet. But overall really enjoyed the stay and would stay again!

Loved the location, walking to Pier/boardwalk, marina and restaurants! Rooms very nice and quiet. It’s a big hotel so there is walking involved. Would definitely go back! We are staying now at a Sonesta closer to airport and NO comparison.

They need better attention to their cleaning. I went through a few rooms before I was able to find a clean one. For a 4 star hotel I expect a bit better. Many of the mattress were soiled and behind the beds have not been cleaned in what looked like a thousand years. There was a fridge in the room but not a microwave which was a bit of a disappointment. The front desk staff is quite accommodating with requests. The customer service really was excellent. Parking costs a fortune, it is NOT free. They charge 30$ per night to park which again is absurd for the area it’s in. You can find parking up the street but I’m sure the neighbors are not going to be happy with a bunch of hotel people taking up the street spots when parking is already tight. But again, customer service was fantastic.
