Front desk staff were excellent! Everything we required was at the hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good, plenty of variety. You could also order from menu. Shuttle service to the cruise terminal was streamlined and organized by reservation.

Good Location but Just Adequate.

This hotel is in a good location for cruise ship travelers. The facility is clean. The bar hours were until 11PM but was closed when we arrived at 10. The room was adequate but had no amenities. There is an option to purchase breakfast but this was not available on the booking site. Breakfast was OK but expensive for the offerings at the buffet.
