Great but not Gluten Free

The stay was amazing, enough for us to rebook when we make our return trip to LA. The food service department was amazing. I do suggest more gluten-free items are available. That said, I got severely sick as I was told the french fries were gluten-free, but they were also cross contaminated in the fryer. Please do better.

I would not stay here again

Upon arrival, we were given a room and when we entered the room, the bed was not made. The sheets were off and the room was definitely not ready for us. Also, we we able to hear so much external noise and couldn’t sleep very well. Also the water pressure was so poor.

They were over booking and relocated me to another hotel which only had one king- bed room available instead of my original booking for 2 queen beds. After arguing and driving between hotels for 2 hours at night, I was relocated again to a more expensive hotel (another Courtyard at a different location) where they refused to offer price match.

I’ve stayed in various Courtyards by Marriott over the years. This was the worst. So poorly constructed that our neighbors door closings shook our room and we were wakened by their tv (which wasn’t blaring). Breakfast almost inedible.
