I’ve stayed in various Courtyards by Marriott over the years. This was the worst. So poorly constructed that our neighbors door closings shook our room and we were wakened by their tv (which wasn’t blaring). Breakfast almost inedible.

Took 4 hours to get a microwave. The attention to customers for service needed in the room decline. Was a bit disappointed given the fact that there was minimal service . Sometimes phone calls are not even picked up and I expected a bit more. Also the bed dips down in the center which caused lots of tension in my back and would wake up 2-3 times a night. also given it is next to the CHP area, you will hear sirens in the morning daily

Courtyards are usually very nice. This one was lacking in many ways. The restaurant was good. No complaints and the service was excellent. The room was uncomfortable. Old mattresses, noisy heater, small bathroom and the had to call to get toilet paper because housekeeping doesn’t have any on their cart. I was told that parking was $25, but they charged me $30 per night. Ice machine did not work on floor 3. Morning coffee and 2 muffins cost $22. Just “Meh”

I recently stayed here because my home was burned to the ground due to California fires. Staff here is amazing and extremely helpful. Parking was $15 a night with full-time entering and exiting abilities using your room key. The establishment is located in the perfect location because you can walk to different restaurants to get food without having to worry about driving. Not to mention , it’s only 15 minutes (drive) from LAX and that’s a plus for anyone looking to travel. If need be, I would definitely stay there again. I would also recommend this establishment to anyone looking to book a room(s) near LAX and/or for any event(s) near the greater Los Angeles area. seriously doubt you’ll have regrets.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean except there seemed like it wasn’t swept too thoroughly. Leaf on the bathroom floor. The bathtub was very slow to drain.
