There was no fan in the bathroom and internet connectivity was horrible considering I am a Marriott Bonvoy member. Additionally, food service was disappointing considering g my husband paid for $150 worth of food at the 55 restaurant and then had to go back to the restaurant to request cutlery and napkins as none were provided in the to go order.

No housekeeper to clean the room I stayed, I communicated with the manager who apologized for the situation but she only can assign a housekeeper to give me 2 set of towels ( we are 3 adults and 1 child) and damp the trash cans at 9:45 PM when my 7-years old daughter and 72 years old was so exhausted to take a rest , and I had to check when the housekeeper complete the towels and trash by myself ! After I reported again nobody appeared, the manager called the housekeeper to give us towels and clean the trash cans! What an experience during the holiday!
