Decently nice airport hotel for the price. Very close to LAX and a free shuttle service. Beds were comfortable, little coffee bar had decent breakfast. Didn't love the $30 parking fee, but overall, I'd stay again.

Worst hotel I ever stayed now. Not sure how this hotel getting high ratings. Very smelly hotel , sketchy area. Rude front desk staff , had to wait 40 minutes to just check in. Outdated hotel. Plus they charge $30 for parking which is not even monitored as there are signs park at your own risk. Don't waste your money here.

Overall, the room and the grounds were nice. There was no microwave in room, which was disappointing and frustrating since we needed to eat breakfast before the restaurant opened at 6am; we had to be to airport early.

No real breakfast available. Only Starbucks counter with limited food service. No good. Also shuttle stopped running by 9 pm and had to take a taxi for $45 to hotel. Very poor service availability for travelers. I will not use this hotel chain in the future.

A fee for this, a fee for that. They charged a fee for parking even though they had plenty of parking. They charged a fee for pets which I understand but don’t understand why they can’t charge it up front. All these additional fees left a bad taste. They should add these as add ons instead of having to wait to arrive at the hotel and be hit with these extra fees. I want the only one who was caught off guard. Others who were checking in were also surprised to hear about a parking fee. Until hotels figure this out, we should all rate hotels with a one star when they hit us with additional fees. Yes they add it to the details but you shouldn’t have to do additional digging to know what you are getting.
