Terrible sleep

We ended up only staying one night, the beds were very uncomfortable, the bathtub was dirty so we didn’t even wanna take a shower. We decided to check out and not stay the second night. The person at the desk had no clue what he was doing I was never able to end up getting any paperwork that we even checked out, so now I’m probably going to have to battle with my credit card company to get my money back.

I arrived early hoping to check in ahead of time, but I was informed I’d need to wait an hour for my room to be cleaned. When I returned after an hour, I was told it still wasn’t ready and was asked to wait in the lobby. After another hour, I inquired about the delay, only to be told that there were plumbing issues, and no other room with the jetted tub I requested was available. As a result, they offered to "upgrade" my room. When I saw the new room, it had a rather dungeon-like feel and was located on the first floor. I requested a room on an upper floor but was initially told no other rooms were available. After inquiring multiple times, I was eventually given a room on the fourth floor. While this room was nice, it wasn’t what I had originally requested. I was deeply disappointed by the lack of effort to accommodate me, and the overall attitude seemed to be one of indifference.

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. They didn’t have any eggs and the oatmeal was watered down. Other than that it was a heat stay and a nice hotel.
