Reasonable rates but a hassle
The 1st room we were given had a plumbing problem with the toilet. Asked to switch rooms but they were sold out so we were offered a plunger. Flushing 4xs & plunging at 3am was not ok for us. The next day, we were switched rooms. Comfortable room, functional toilet however we got locked out of the room prior to checkout the next day. Re-magnetized our keys. Overall it was an ok stay.

Book in advance to find something better.
Took a last minute trip and couldn’t find anything else by Magic Mountain. Room was old and outdated. Carpet was dirty. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was a hole in the wall, window screen was broken as if someone has taken it off from the outside, room door didn’t shut correctly as if someone had tried to pick it open or kick it open. Breakfast was blah! Eggs, half cooked sausage, cheap cereal the kind from a bag, waffles that you had to make, mix was super watered down, waffles would cook right. Bagels, toast and English muffins. If you are only going to sleep and leave, you might be ok with it. I would definitely not stay multiple days. Magic Mountain about 10 minutes away, lots of food options close by and stores to buy food and snacks.

Well Worth the Stay
The service at the front desk was absolutely amazing when we got to the hottel. I will admit that the front entrance was a little confusing to find prior to walking into the hotel lobby. The front desk attendant was very sweet and he knew exactly who we were once I provided him with the situation as to what we went through. He was thorough and he was even kind enough to waive the deposit due to all of the hassle that we had been through. Our stay was very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the continental breakfast was lovely. Overall, it was a great experience ans hotels.com definitely redeemed themselves.

Overall a good experience
Overall it was pretty good. The front desk guy, believe his name was Mark, was exceptional. Our door handle broke off and he got us in a new room right away. The key cards for our second room kept having issues throughout our 4 day stay and he was always very friendly and helpful. The only negative things I have to say is 1. The rooms mainly bathrooms and carpet need updated 2. You can hear alot through the doors (could see a lot of light under and around door) 3. The stairwells smelled like old nasty cigarettes. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Affordable and Convenient Stay near Six Flags
One night stay for Six Flags. They offered early check in when I called ahead so that was a huge plus! It was convenient, close to the park and comfortable. A bit run down (drawer was broken and floor panel was coming off) but it was fine for a one night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.
