My husband left his new jacket in the closet inside of the room we were staying, we forgot about it on our way out, we call to the hotel few hours later to keep the jacket for a couple days and we will drive down there to pick it up. Well, they “couldn’t find” the jacket, the receptionist just said “sorry, no jacket was found”. That’s ridiculous, one of your employees took my husband’s jacket. Hire trustful people!!!

overall good but beds and breakfast could be bette
overall good hotel but i found too many hairs in all of beds that were disgusting. otherwise relatively clean, friendly staff although i had to go downstairs to grab extra bed sheets and blanket (usually they bring them to your room at other hotels, maybe it was a staffing issue), breakfast is slightly below average and could be diversified, there was only one waffle machine people lined up for

This is our 3rd stay here. Great, friendly staff and the facility is very clean. Beds are comfortable but pillows, not so much. Hands down the BEST hotel coffee we have ever had.
