Overall good experience. Ease of check in. Friendly staff. Clean room. AC worked well. Plenty of parking. Can tell they are still improving some spaces. Unfortunately the hot tub water was so hot we couldn’t even dip a toe in, so that was a bummer. Didn’t have time to ask about that, so not sure if they could have changed it.

Property maintenance starts at 9 in the morning and is quite loud. Elevator was out of service during my entire stay. Staff was very friendly but there’s a strict no-visitor rule that applies even during the day because apparently guests can be noisy (more so than the maintenance/construction crew that was there for my entire stay?)

Excellent service, our manager upgraded our room to include a sofa bed as we had an unexpected third guest. So nice! Clean, comfortable accommodations, we will be back next year for Cruel World!

For the price this is a great option. The bed is average in comfort, and the pillows are kinda tiny. Some of the amenities in the room were broken. The coffee maker was busted, and we thought the bathroom mirror had a light so my wife could apply make-up, but ours didn't for some reason. Room is decently size and clean, and the staff was very friendly.

I had a great stay at this hotel. What stood out the most was how safe and quiet everything felt — it made for a very relaxing experience. The rooms were not only extremely clean but also surprisingly spacious, which added a lot of comfort to the visit. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always available if I needed anything. Another big plus was the free parking, which made things very convenient. Overall, I really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and would definitely stay here again.
