The facilities were nice. The room is small, but for 1-2 people, adequate. Important to know, the toilet and shower are separated from the rest of the room by frosted glass only. There is a flimsy curtain you can pull to separate the bathroom from the rest of the room, but the person showering can't control it.

CitizenM was a nice, clean, stylish and well situated within downtown L.A. Various shops were within walking distance as to was Grand Central Market. Would love to come back here again in the future.

Nice and quick visit . Very clean, I love the scent of the hotel . Very cutesy and vibrant . This was my second stay here, the rooms are very small and made for one person or two people that are totally comfortable with one another, I had the king bed room both stays not sure if they offer a different style in other rooms. Would definitely stay again and again .

Eduardo helped us check in and he was amazing. Had a long day with a horrible experience flying with sun country. I ended up booking the hotel for the wrong day. Eduardo helped us get the room for the correct day, even tho Expedia wasn’t being flexible. Amazing experience and also the room and facilities were incredible. I’ll be sure to see if a citizen m is available any place I go in the future
