Great service and staff. As a person traveling alone, size of the room was not an issue and made it very well within my budget. Gym has cardio and weights and service is friendly. Convenient transportation

The stay was amazing! It was very modern and clean. The room was controlled by an iPad - from the ac, light settings, tv, and atomic blinds!! It was very NY/ European. Perfect for solo or couples stay! I can’t wait to come back

To Start with i was MOST impressed with this hotel FRIENDLY, helpful & reassuring when our train was hours late. Easy to get to from Union Station. Lovely hotel over all. Room was CLEAN & spotless with a surprising number of neat touches for a physically small room. one could EASILY be comfortable for weeks there at need. the bed was amazing. thats the great stuff. I do have 2 suggestions. not everyone has good balance & i believe there SHOULD be a small grab bar inside the shower. i made do with using the h2o control bar but would have preferred a real grab bar. the bathroom was awesome in its MODERN clean lines too.. its Not the hotels fault i have vertigo & could not sleep next to window but there could have been an outlet for my hubby where the lamp was. you might want to add that. the bad. & it was VERY bad. asthma attack inducing bad. the entire hotel SMELLED STRONGLY of Perfumed products. the lady at the desk when i asked what the stench was said it was their "Signiture" scent. ugghh for a n ultra modern clean hotel - they somehow felt the need to drown the place in perfumed products. i had to sit up most of the night just to Breath. & this was AFTER i was forced to use my inhaler.. downstairs reeked of the smell as did the hallway. (we hoped it was the carpet- it wasnt) the the smell never went away in the room.-- I REALLY like the hotel but unless the stop the perfuming everything we CANNOT go back.. am very sad about that

I was in LA to attend a birthday party on a 24 hour turn around flight and needed somewhere to take a nap and do my hair. WARNING: this hotel has NO type c charger ports (according to the very rude staff member who was working the overnight/early morning shift on June 8). I could not charge my phone in order to check in for my flight or get directions to the airport. Luckily I work in TECH and noticed a couple of iMacs. Naturally the computers have type c in/out ports. The staff did not know this and when I told her she told me no they don’t lol. Hotel staff needs to be aware of what is and is not available and corporate needs to be aware of how dangerous it is to have open ports on your public computers. The new guy that checked me in was cool, even helped me understand if my rental car would be towed. Long story short, I REALLY did not like the young lady working the lobby overnight June 7/8 2025. We had a whole argument in the lobby about how it’s not her responsibility to help me charge my phone (I agree but you work in *hospitality*). She stayed seated scrolling through her phone during this entire conversation by the way. Horrific customer service skills and I honestly regret choosing this hotel purely because of this interaction. I won’t be staying at this hot l again PURELY because of her “I hate this place” attitude. If she feels that way there’s no telling what I might experience in a future stay by disgruntled staff that don’t want to be there.

Room was very clean and comfortable, but small. Very efficient use of space, like Japanese hotels. You can only get into bed from one side because of the way the large bed is shoehorned into the room (see photo), which wasn't a problem for just me but could have been if my partner was along. A guide to the numerous TV channels would have been helpful so I didn't have to scroll through dozens to find what I wanted. Superb hot breakfast that included free espresso drinks and even a large bowl of avocado! Very hip vibe overall. My only complaint was the overly-complicated self-checkin process. They had to have a guy there to help me anyway, so why not just let him check me in?

everything's is unique about this hotel! the only "bad" part is the area... close to skid-row so there's a lot of homeless people but still very central and close to everything... the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the service... everything is a 10/10!!!
