Other than a few gripes, this place is great! New, clean, nice, comfy, convenient. Really happy with it overall. What bummed me out where: no free coffee for guests (ie in the lobby/restaurant), they only give you nasty Keurig in your room. A place like this should really make coffee for their guests. Also, it's absurd how much they charge for parking--absurd. Also, the thermostat does a horrible *click click click* every ten minutes--super annoying. But like I said, those are all minor things. Overall the place was really good.

We loved this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, parking was convenient and the hotel room itself was really nice. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area would definitely recommend for couples solo travelers or business trips. Not sure about families, but the hotel is super nice. Great value also.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days this summer. The hotel itself was new and clean, the room was comfortable, and the front desk staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, my airpods were stolen from my room. I noticed my airpods were missing right after the house keeping. I quickly checked Find Me to locate my airpods and found out that my airpods were at apartment in Burbank. I've never been to such a place, and I think someone stole my airpods from my room and took them back to that location. I immediately reported it to the hotel and was told that they would investigate, but unfortunately I didn't hear anything from them. I should have kept my airpods in the safety box, but I never thought in the slightest that it would be stolen.　 It's a shame because as I said Hotel itself is new and comfortable, and the stuff at the front desk were really friendly. I don't think I will stay here again.
