Hotel charged for parking?!?!?!?!? How pathetic! Where would greed end? Don't they make enough money already? They also charged a deposit? Double pathetic! They did not accommodate for my uncle and his knee issues and his eye surgery, triple pathetic! I will find another hotel for October 9-10, 2024.

I had a question during the check-in process that the front guest staff was unable to answer. They got the manager who was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. He seemed annoyed to have been asked to interact with a guest. Very unwelcoming start to a very underwhelming stay.

Check in took extremely long, over 20 minutes it was after 8 pm and there was 2-3 people ahead of me. The front desk clerk blamed his slow system and although he was very nice, he was kind of awkward. The property was very large and the rooms were hard to find, we had a room that didn’t really correspond with a floor, so it took us a while of getting in and out of elevators and looking around before finding our room. Also even though the property was remodeled it was done poorly. This area just isn’t very nice for what we were charged we had view of an apartment complex across the street in not very nice area.

This property was close to where we needed to be. Only complaint was the door. Had to slam the door in order for it to be closed. Otherwise, you just pushed it open. I did not latch.
