This is a very well kept BW. A nice place to stay, convenient to Dennys. It was also convenient to my in-laws house, the reason we were there. Its in the middle of Van Nuys, right next to the freeway. Outside the property its noisy with tons of traffic. Not a particularly nice neighborhood, but safe enough. Inside our room, it was quiet, the landscaping on the property very well kept.
