This property looked just as advertised. When we arrived everything was really clean and the staff was super helpful. My friend forgot her toothbrush and we were able to get one downstairs. There was even small breakfast options. It was a really cute and quiet boutique hotel, would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very zen/millennial zen feeling. It was quiet and had great vibes during our stay. I loved the new gym equipment including the top-of-the-line Aviron rower which I haven't seen anywhere else. Would definitely book here again if we're in the area

Not a very good stay
This hotel is very pretty but a lot of things aren’t considered or done very well. Not suitable for a multiple day stay. The fridge was very small and didn’t keep leftovers cold. There was no microwave, which feels like it should be pretty standard. We got one roll of toilet paper and had to call down for more at which point they brought us one more roll. There no room for storage anywhere. The balcony was really beautiful but was typically too sunny to spend time on during the day. There was lack of clarity at check in. We had to call just figure out where to go and they don’t tell you that when you pay for parking ($30 a day) you have to wait for someone to let you in every single time. It just overall did not feel worth the money.

The cleaning staff came into my room unannounced to clean the room. I did not ask them to come inside unannounced. I had left the hotel to run an errand. While I was out that’s when the staff came into my room. They invaded my PRIVACY! My card was charged for a purchase I did not make! I had my notebook on the desk with my passwords to all of my accounts and personal information. Immediately after, I noticed a charge on my bank account that I did not make. I suspect my personal information was compromised to commit fraud. They also charge for a deposit upon arrival. It’s been days and the deposit it’s still not sent to my bank. Horrible experience.

Very cute, stylish hotel in a developing neighborhood. At first the setting seemed odd - a hotel surrounded by mostly homes, but as we explored found a wonderful bakery (Tartine) and breakfast spot (Vicky's). We were also walking distance to the Metro to attend a football game at USC. Overall great experience!
