Service was extremely unreliable at this hotel. First, on arrival, I went to the hotel bar in hopes of finding something to eat. I was told it was closed despite it being during their posted hours. Second, I had no hot water in my room. Someone came to service the room after 10 p.m., when I was already in bed. It then took two more days for someone to come address the problem. I was told that I simply had to keep the water running for 5-10 minutes for it to warm up, which is ridiculous and wasteful. This is clearly a larger issue. When the water finally did warm up, it was only tepid. Finally, the coffee shop seemed to be unattended when I went around 7 a.m. The reviews from this hotel seem artificially inflated by its excellent reputation under a different brand, the Ace. Would not recommend despite the affordable price and beautiful views.
