The staff are friendly. Breakfast is the best. David puts on a lot of work, actually works overnight to prepare for next morning. Its not regular continental, its home-made.

Nothing was said on web about elevator being out. When we called to inquire about it the staff was short but did cancel our reservation without penalty. I dont feel you should find out through reviews that there is broken equipment.

Nice overnight stay!

Not much to do in town not any decent restaurants to eat at. One Mexican restaurant which was just OK. The hotel itself was nice. The breakfast was good. McDonald’s right next to it. Otherwise it’s mostly a ghost town. There was a Circle K For gas.

Overall about on par for a Comfort Inn.....a little dated but comfortable. I didn't expect The Plaza in the middle of flyover territory. But it worked for an overnight stay. Breakfast better than most.

Everything was fine except for the broken elevator. Difficult with a new knee replacement to navigate up and down from the 3rd floor; however, we had no choice as we had prepaid.

Disappointing.

We made a reservation for a handicapped room months ago, since we usually find them more comfortable and accessible for us. We are 72 & 74. When we checked in we were told their elevator was not working and they had no rooms available on the ground floor. Our room was on the third floor! Very disappointed they did not save a ground floor room for a reservation for a handicapped room.

Disappointed

Hotel room not in great condition. Huge holes in carpet and window coverings in shreds. No facial tissues in the whole hotel.
