Just like most. The room was cleaned below average. My dog spent about 1hr smelling everything because I'm guessing there was a dog there previously and didn't get cleaned up after. The breakfast was ok. They had your typical sausage and eggs. But the eggs were repurposed boiled eggs witch were dry and rather disgusting. Other than that check in was amazing. Fast and friendly staff. Pretty well average.

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk to check me in. There were 3 men sitting at the computer kiosk and yelled for the lady to come help me. When she approached me, she was wearing house shoes. She said she was in the back making dinner for her family. Our room smelled old and musty. The shower handle was loose from the wall and had hardly any water pressure. The bathroom sink faucet was also loose. We went to breakfast the next morning around 8 there were no eggs or napkins. I saw the lady in the back room standing by the microwave on her phone. I asked her if there were any napkins and she said there were none. A guest went to his room and brought down paper towels to share. I decided that I was not going to stay another night there. I went to the front desk to check out. I asked to speak to the manager. This was a different lady than last night. She said she was the manager. I complained about the service and the condition of the room. I felt as if I was in a rent by the hour motel. I told her I was canceling my last night, and she said I would have contact Travelocity. I discussed this with them, and they did try to call the hotel several times and there was no answer. The manager stated she never heard the phone ring. I was so irritated with this whole thing I told the manager that I would leave a review. I'm a manager at an RV Resort in Oklahoma with a 10/10/10+ Good Sam rating so I know how the guest should be treated! This was unacceptable.

Applied for early check in for 1:00pm room wasn’t ready when I arrived, I was told when I got there that room is now ready but we didn’t have towels in our room but they would send them as soon as they were available, I asked for towels twice and still never received them. Finally I went to front desk about 7:30pm and was told they didn’t have any available but she would check, she came back with 1 face towel and one towel that had been torn to the size of a face towel bedding what damp like they took out of dryer too soon

Location was good. Lobby was nice. Room was nice until I took a shower. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall so the curtain would not stay closed. Water covered the tile floor and the little bath mat was soaked, of course. They had started a patch where the water leaked out, so they knew it was a problem. Room 106 should Not be occupied again until repairs are completed. When I pulled up the shower knob, the faucet came out of the wall! I spoke to the desk clerk at checkout about all the problems. It is a safety hazard! I also told her I took pictures and will submit them.

I have stayed in many La Quinta around the country; this one was by far the most disappointing. Usually, in a room there is a desk chair and also a comfortable chair next to the bed so one can sit to watch TV. This room only had a desk chair. I do not like to sit on the bed to watch TV. Also, the breakfast was very disappointing. First, the coffee cups were tiny foam cups! No regular 6-ounce cups. Then the coffee was not good. One was extremely watery and the other was full of grinds. There was no half and half. Just milk. No yogurt, no fresh fruit, no hard-boiled eggs. The fridge was empty. I have never seen such a display, or lack of it for breakfast. I will never stay there again.

Had high hopes as it was a competitive area with lots of different hotels but it was a bust. We stayed two nights and found 2 bugs in our room. The beds were squeaky and the pillows were smushed and didn’t even fit the pillow case. The entire building smelled like musty. Television had a whopping 2 channels and no WiFi password was provided. Last but not least, breakfast was terrible. Biscuits were hard, plain bagels, white toast, waffles, and cereal were the only food options. Juices were bad the first day and milk was in a pitcher that smelt like it was starting to go bad. Definitely will not be back.

Our first room was dirty and had bugs. Also the door would not lock, the electronic lock was off, and you could just open the door. The staff was friendly and moved us to a new room, which was clean, but honestly not in great condition. The breakfast buffet was sad. It wasn't the worst experience, but I won't book with this chain again.
