Hotel was nice, however had a situation where our assigned parking spot was occupied and we had no where to park. When I approached front desk to acquire how to resolve situation, they made it very clear our staying there was an inconvenience to them. For remainder of stay felt very unwelcome.

I've stayed here three times so far and every time had been great! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The resort itself is amazing. Hammocks throughout, restaurant on site, kayak paddle boards and bikes for guests to use. Perfectly located between Miami and ket west so the drive from and to the airport isn't too bad. Can't wait to return!

I wasn't able to get to the property before it closed for the night, but they stayed there until we arrived arout 3am in the morning I have never experienced customer service like that before! Thank you so much!! The room was very nice and cozy too!

The property was beautiful and we had a late check in due to a late flight and an issue getting a rental car. Did not arrive to almost 1:30 in the morning and they closed at 11:00. I call in advance and the hotel clerk waited over for us to make sure we got checked in, and even gave his free breakfast at the restaurant on property for the next morning. The service was top notch. The property was very nice, the kids loved the pools, and the beach side yoga class.

It's a great place in the middle Keys to get away and kick back. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We ate at the adjacent Florida Boy Bar and Grill and had an excellent dinner!

Not sure how long it has been since last renovated, but strange that all the top layer of ceramic tile in the bathroom had pencil marks and measurements written on them. No functional impact, just a little odd to see a job not fully completed. The guy checking us in seemed curt, if not rude, as if we were a bother to him to check in. Would not give us any specific recommendations on places to eat/drink. Only thing he said was to advise against eating at the place next door. Pretty property. Just wish we had felt more wanted or welcome there.

Lime Tree is very nice. Not fancy, pretty basic, but clean, well maintained. Right on the water, gulf side. Great sunsets. Restaurant/bar in the adjoining parking lot...might be the same ownership...I'm not sure. Decent food and good drinks. All in all a nice, chill place. We'll probably be back.
