The room was clean and updated. For some reason we could hear the traffic all night. Not many dining options with out hoing up to Islamorada (20 minutes north) or down to Marathon (20 minutes south). The water here is beautiful nut no beach to enter the water. The free kayaks and paddle boards were very nice. Staff was Freindly and helpful. The Florida Boy resturaunt only had 1 waitress, but the food was very good. You'll just needvto remind yourself you're on "island time" there was a nice sand area with lounge chairs to catch some sun and they had cornhole boards set up too. I would stay here again.

Super simple, updated and clean roadside motel They have a lovely heated pool, offer gulf access with free use of paddleboards and kayaks. There’s even a sandy “beach” to lounge on, lawn games and a beautiful sunset view. Would absolutely recommend if passing through Layton. Very affordable. Staff is lovely. Grounds are immaculate and gorgeously landscaped.

The floor of our room was filthy; our feet would be black on the bottom if we didn’t wear shoes. The toilet ran constantly and at one point overflowed. I will say that the staff was very attentive to our needs and comments. They sent us a daily check-in, and responded quickly when we needed something. We had a kitchenette, but there was no baking sheet and only 2 sets of silverware

Muy buen lugar para pasar un fin de semana, no lo recomiendo a familias que quieran celebrar cumpleaños o algo así, te molestan todo el tiempo por los ruidos aunque sean bajos , te mandan mensajes diario, les digo que el que quiera ir para pasar un fin de semana en familia no rente en este lugar, no pudimos disfrutar del cumpleaños de mi hijo, yo rente ese lugar porque me lo recomendaron pero fue muy mala Desi ion venir aquí.
