This was our second time staying here. Love that there’s a path to the beach right next to the hotel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Upper floor has ocean views, lower rooms look out onto a grassy area that the deer hang out in in the mornings, so either way, it’s a view. Close to everything (Scoopers for the best ice cream and Marsh’s Museum). Really reasonable prices and super friendly staff! Would highly recommend.

Privacy issues.

Overall our stay was ok, but before check out a housekeeping staff member walked into our room after watching me and my daughter exit the room. My husband was still in the room getting my 4 year old child dressed- he was not fully clothed. Again it was before checkout time. I sent an email to the staff letting them know about our uncomfortable and violating experience with no reply. Location on the beach is great but would never stay here again risking our privacy.

The staff here are amazing, so kind and friendly. The location cannot be beat, beautiful views of the ocean and less than a block to the main part of town. AMAZING quality and convenience for the price!!

The property was okay, but there were problems. The coffee pot was not clean, it had mold in it. The light next to the bed was missing the bulb. The refrigerator was turned off and didn’t keep the food cold. The bathroom vent fan was not working. The heat lamp in the bathroom was just a regular bulb and provided no heat. Lastly there was no breakfast being provided of any sort. At the end of the day it was just an expensive room for rent with no amenities.

Great location!!

Weekend trip for the festival in town! Great location! Was on the second floor, could see the ocean… somewhat. Room was nice. Ice maker broken. I would stay here again.
