The room had no heat It had a portable plug in heater that did not do the job A serious draft from the windows made it a very cold night sleep

What I liked was the fact that I could use the ballroom downstairs which was having an ecstatic dance event I was performing at. I really liked ordering the chinese food and pizza from the near by restaurants. What I didn't like was one of the staff kind of was short with me when I asked him for a menu to the pizza place. He commented in a sarcastic way to insinuate I should simply use my phone and google it isn't of bother him. And other people in the event I was performing at seemed to have been rubbed the wrong way by this same employee as well. Other than that everything was amazing

The hotel was very nice. They had a great snack shop. The only problem I had was with the tv & the young man that helped me was very accommodating. I was going to a wedding nearby & this hotel was half the cost of the hotel at the wedding venue.

At first they give two small bed for a couple and I went back to front desk they agreed to give me a queen bed the room was so small two people can’t even walk together on it their shower was small it’s was terrible my woman tell me : don’t ever bring her there anymore In another word I wasn’t satisfied at all for a place like this in Long Island this is the kind of room you get in a motel not in a hotel

The rooms was filthy, no water came out of the sink, no hot water in the shower, like warm water only. No parking near the hotel, had to pay $25 two blocks away to park. Very loud in the hotel, the bathroom was very dirty. There was one person on and he complained all the time about having to work.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! We stayed for maybe an hour. There was no parking near the hotel. They charged me an additional $25 to park in an isolated lot 1 block away. To make it worse, it was about 20 degrees outside. The bed sheets smelled like sweat. We eventually left because the guest next door was shouting, arguing and cursing loudly in the hallway. My kid was picking up on the cursing. One guest threatened physical harm to another. I was with my wife and 9yr old son. I was so afraid for my family, I wasn't even going to ask for another room. I complained to the front desk on our way out. NEVER, NEVER NEVER would I recommend this place. Stay away.
