Great location, helpful and friendly staff! They were able to hold my bag for me while i explored the city more before catching a bus back to Dublin. Would definitely stay here again should I come back to Derry!

The hotel is central to most areas however because of the lack of reception its a haven for underage parties, loud, noisey and extremely unsafe, My wife had a top taken during our stay
Certainly Would Not Recommend This Hotel
The rooms are fine. The bathroom light comes in automatically so if you need it in the night it illuminates the whole room. The worst but was the noise. We were on the street on the first floor and between midnight and 3pm you have noisy youth shouting outside the window. I have never slept so badly.

Good location, but it is about as bare-bones you can get
We werent expecting an accessible shower but expedia had allocated one to us. Also we had booked 2 rooms through expedia but instructions only came through for one.
We phoned the hotel directly & they were fantastic, sorting it out very quickly.
I'll think twice about booking through a third party provider in future.
Bed cover consisted of a duvet which was too heavy for our liking. Too hot with the cover on, and becoming too cool with it off. Sweat and cool cycle resulted in poor sleep. No ability to open a window to let fresh air in.
This is a self checkin accommodation with no staff on premises. Room was cold as it appears heating is set by a timer as it turned off by itself around 10pm. Room got cold very quickly so I l contacted owner by text on the number provided for issues but no reply. I then contacted Expedia and they tried to call hotel/owner but could not get in touch. I then received an email from owner at 0615am on morning of checkout, also after heating automatically went on while we were sleeping. We had an unsettling night as we couldn’t get to sleep due to room being cold, no spare blankets either so had to wear our jumpers over our pjs in bed. Apart from that room was clean and modern.
